for this storyboard, i adapted a scene from cormac mccarthy's "the road". in this adapted version of the novel, a woman and her younger brother journey across a desolate post apocalyptic wasteland to reach the coast. the two have hidden in the treeline to avoid a group of bandits in a truck on the road, when one of the bandits, trying to find a spot to piss, stumbles on the two protagonists. the following scene depicts the two groups trying to test each other to survive the encounter.
